Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with on the go and future orders Provide detailed information about our cakes and additional items to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Resolve guest concerns promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain high standards of guest services. Qualifications Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest needs and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
