We are seeking a Front Desk Sales and Guest Care professional to become a part of our team! Position available for a multi-service salon company. Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings, and have a charismatic, friendly personality.

Responsibilities:

Check in clients and direct them to their stylist Answer phone calls Collect payment from departing clients. Communicate pertinent guest information to designated parties. Price and stock inventory. Upsell additional products/services, when appropriate. Light cleaning before and after customer visits. Laundry ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests. Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly personality
