You'll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin— making a lasting impact every day. Book and manage guests' reservations accurately and efficiently while providing an excellent guest experience Confirm reservations by calling guests 1-2 days before the guests' reservation Welcome guests to the center, ensuring guests are checked in for their reservations or creating new reservations when needed. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, answering guest questions and engaging guests in pleasant conversation to create a positive environment Acquire or update guests' contact information and explain center policies, such as the medication and late policy, ensuring safety of the guest Assist the team as needed for smooth operation, helping to restock products, upholding center cleanliness standards, helping Wax Specialists be aware of timing, and alerting the appropriate party of center needs as they arise Ensures desk area and equipment are clean and in good working order at end of shift. Occasionally deescalate upset guests, maintaining professionalism and leading with empathy, and escalating to management when necessary Follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge. Handles confidential information, including guest contact information, with a high degree of integrity Notifies Center Manager of any questions or concerns presented by guest or the team What Sets You Apart Friendly, positive, professional , and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is a plus.
