Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently. Check guests in and out smoothly, handling reservations and billing with accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and complete. Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies related to guest safety and confidentiality. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and record keeping. Must be available to work weekends and holidays and nights. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous. Experience in resort or hotel environments that involve guest relations and hospitality services. Knowledge of night audit procedures adds value but is not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity.
