Front Desk Agents - PM Shifts La Quinta Inn & Suites - Glenwood Springs La Quinta Inn & Suites Glenwood Springs is looking for a reliable, guest-focused Front Desk Agents to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally Handling guest requests, concerns, and problem-solving in real time Managing reservations, payments, and cash handling Answering phones and assisting guests with local information Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area What we're looking for: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (PMS experience a plus) Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) On-the-job training A supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy setting, and want to be part of a strong hotel team, we'd love to hear from you.
