Starting rate:
$22.50/hour plus $1.00 shift premium for overnight Do you have experience? Let us know! We pay for experience! Primary Function Provide excellent customer service to our guests while working as a team player with other Glenwood Hot Springs properties/departments. Conduct night-time desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail. Reporting and Accountability The Lodge Relief Night Auditor reports directly to the Resort Front Desk Manager and, in their absence, to the Assistant Resort Hotel Manager or Resort Hotel Manager. Authority The Lodge Relief Night Auditor has the support and authority necessary to carry out the responsibilities and tasks described in this job description and other responsibilities of the Lodge, as delegated by the Resort Front Desk Manager. Physical Requirements Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required to operate the Lodge front desk. Able to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work in an independent environment for entire shift. Ability to stand walk reach bend twist and kneeling. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Other Requirements Capability to learn and follow all Lodge and Hotel 1888 Front Desk policies and Procedures accurately Positive attitude with guest satisfaction as primary goal Adequate computer skills to be able to learn and perform necessary department computer tasks (data entry and retrieval in hospitality system application.) Work Hours The Lodge Relief Night Auditor's work hours are generally scheduled from 11 PM to 7 AM for night audit shifts and evenings from 3pm to 11pm, including holidays, and weekends, or as needed to meet the needs of the Lodge and Hotel 1888 Front Desk.
