Job Description

Description As our Guest Services Coordinator , you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns. This is a seasonal position from now to October. Requirements Greet and establish rapport with guests Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager Check guests in and out for their reservations, both at the front desk and in drive-thru kiosks Help guests with their golf cart reservations and explain the rules and regulations of renting a golf cart Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, copying, faxing, and filing Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc. Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed Assist with the preparation of marketing materials
Job Qualifications:
Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet Excellent written and verbal communication skills Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service Prior administrative experience is preferred Resort office or hotel front desk experience is a plus The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
