Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and dependable, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Duties:

Greet guests upon arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage room reservations and keep guest information accurate in the system. Handle payment transactions accurately using both cash and credit cards. Work with other staff to ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Comfortable using phones, front desk systems, and standard office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and available for a flexible schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Bilingual ability is a plus.
