Job Description

Job Summary As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, creating a positive first impression for guests and visitors alike. Your energetic and professional demeanor will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, provide exceptional guest services, and handle a variety of front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service experiences Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proficiency in front desk functions, including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management practices, guest services, and resort operations Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest interactions professionally Experience with night audit procedures is a plus for seamless financial reconciliation Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail This paid position invites energetic professionals passionate about hospitality to join our team.
