We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for this extraordinary historic property to provide outstanding customer service at our front desk—the heart of activity at this legendary property. The Front Desk Agent greets and registers guests, answers all incoming calls, assists guests with any questions they might have, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, provides information regarding hotel facilities, local area, and guest accommodations to meet SLS's high standards of quality. Full Time hours. Schedule TBD in conjunction with the Manager but the Front Desk Agent can expect to work weekends and nights.
