Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences. Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering prompt assistance with reservations, directions, and hotel services. Utilize property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Handle guest requests and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring a positive stay and fostering guest loyalty. Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures to respond effectively during any incident or safety concern. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest relations, cleanliness, and safety throughout the property. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as PEP or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and client communication. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service solutions.
