Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines and ensuring seamless communication. Assist with guest relations efforts by creating a welcoming environment that promotes repeat visits. Support hotel management in daily operations to ensure compliance with hospitality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with international guests. Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques. Ability to manage night audit responsibilities confidently when required. Demonstrated understanding of guest relations, hospitality standards, and hotel operations. A positive attitude combined with strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
