Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
