Competitive Hourly Rate + Benefits About the Roles Studio 6 Extended Stay Indianapolis is hiring Guest Service Representatives (GSR) and Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. We're looking for reliable, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about providing a great guest experience and maintaining high hospitality standards. Open PositionsGuest Service Representative (GSR) Key Responsibilities Welcome guests during check-in and check-out with a friendly, professional attitude. Process reservations, payments, room assignments, and billing accurately. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in reservations. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Support daily front desk operations, including cash handling and shift reports. Housekeeping Room Attendant Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards. Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and room amenities. Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain room cleanliness. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor. Handle guest requests professionally and maintain housekeeping supplies. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Requirements Previous customer service or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided. Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
