We're looking for a heart-led Front Desk Agent to bring that spirit to life at our Indian Shores location. As the first friendly face our guests meet, you'll help create warm welcomes, memorable moments, and seamless stays from arrival to departure. Here's What You'll Be Up ToWelcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.

Deliver thoughtful, personalized service while resolving guest questions and concerns with care.

Share local recommendations and insider tips that help guests make the most of their visit.

Answer incoming phone calls with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

Process reservations, guest requests, and financial transactions accurately using our property management system.

Maintain accurate guest accounts, payments, and daily balancing procedures.

Partner closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and every stay runs smoothly.

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliations with accuracy and integrity.

Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby environment.

Support additional projects and daily operations as needed, contributing to the success of the entire team.

You're Great BecauseYou genuinely enjoy creating meaningful experiences and helping people feel welcome.

You have a high school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus.

You bring customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, retail, restaurants, or another guest-focused environment.

You're comfortable learning and using Microsoft Office and property management systems.

You remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

You communicate clearly, professionally, and with kindness.

You're flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.

You value teamwork and contribute to an inclusive environment where every guest and team member feels respected and welcomed.

You're dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service.
