Job Title:
Sales and Front Desk About Scenthound Our membership-based business model allows dogs to receive routine maintenance and consistent care.

It's our objective, here at Scenthound, to educate as many dog parents as possible on the importance of routine grooming. We focus on the five core areas where all dogs need care: S•kin, C oat, E ars, N ails, and T•eeth (it's in the name). About the Position The Sales & Front Desk Associate is a key position at Scenthound, focused on selling memberships while providing exceptional service to every customer.
This position requires:
Sales experience and confidence (membership sales is highly valued!) Customer service experience (retail or restaurant) Computer/ Technology proficiency A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness! Willingness to cross train and provide hands-on dog related services when required Reliable transportation Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to customers in person and phone by scheduling appointments, selling memberships, handling of customer issues and/or requests. Drive key performance indicators - average ticket price and rebook ratio - through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales. Follow up with key sales leads. Calling to confirm appointments for the next day. Filling any openings in the schedule. Identify when/where help is needed to keep Scenter on schedule. Perform visual merchandising and conduct weekly inventory. Maintaining a clean and inviting lobby and front desk. Support opening and closing daily tasks. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Effective communication with team members and dog parents. Confidence in selling services and products Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal & written) Problem-solving. Attention to detail. Time-management. Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human!) and provide outstanding customer service Compassionate dog lover.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Benefits:
