Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest questions and reservations efficiently Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention to detail Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Prior experience in guest relations or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special.
