About the Position Most days, you'll work as part of our front-desk team—welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and helping the salon run smoothly. Approximately one day each week, your focus will shift to guest relationship-building: calling and texting guests, filling appointment openings, welcoming new guests, reconnecting with guests we haven't seen recently, and introducing services and membership opportunities. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys traditional front-desk hospitality but also likes having goals, taking initiative, and helping grow the business.
