GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM

to help us provide the most exceptional service in PCB! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Provide information about Zoo events and services Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Process transactions using the POS system accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front desk area. Assist in managing reservations for up-close animal experiences Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold food handling safety standards when serving food items or beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service A willingness to learn Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food handling is a plus. A team player who can adapt quickly to changing situations.
