The VIP Services Agent will assist the Casino Team by communicating with casino clientele over the phone in order to respond and act on guest requests as well as product and resort inquires. For example tasks such as; customer room reservations, dining arrangements, limo request other exciting amenities. Key Responsibilities Responsible for all incoming and outbound phone calls Assists guests with booking air, room, dinner, property amenities and limo reservations. Held accountable to the highest degree for the accuracy and thoroughness of department reports, reservations, invitations, data entry, etc. Will evaluate customer's casino activity to determine complimentary services such as hotel rooms, food and beverage and special events. Must understand and stay within company defined customer profitability guidelines and comprehend how complimentary decisions will impact the profitability Manages suite inventory matrix on a daily basis Assists in booking private air transportation as needed Communicates both orally and in writing to current, new and past patrons; answers questions, extends invitations, manages special requests of patrons and resolves any related disputes, as necessary Coordinates travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation for marketing staff, as needed Provides administrative support to the Casino Marketing Division Inventory control of office supplies, collateral, marketing materials, etc. Assists in coding for the Player Development staff Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies and procedures.
