Front Desk Associate White Birch Inn | Clayton, GA White Birch Inn is a boutique luxury inn known for its thoughtful design, elevated standards, and genuine hospitality. We are seeking a reliable, polished, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is not a passive front desk role. Our team is highly engaged, hands-on, and plays an active part in every guest's experience.

Position Details:

Friday-Monday | 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Starting at $16/hour + tips

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experience Actively engage with guests, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of common areas throughout your shift Assist with light housekeeping tasks and guest requests as needed Support daily operations to ensure the inn runs smoothly and beautifully Communicate effectively with team members to uphold our standards

Dependable and punctual—this role is critical to daily operations Friendly, polished, and well-groomed with a professional presence Comfortable staying active and multitasking throughout the shift Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Naturally hospitable and attentive to guest needs Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
