Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse visitors, manage guest inquiries, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for memorable stays and positive guest relations, making a real impact on our guests' experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while efficiently managing multi-line phone systems. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and respond promptly to all guest communications via phone or email. Assist with guest services such as providing local information, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently and professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with international guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks. Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations strategies is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
