Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. In this energetic role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with enthusiasm, and coordinate seamlessly with other departments to deliver memorable stays. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in experience while managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and efficiently Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support smooth overnight operations Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, arrivals, departures, and special requests to enhance personalized service Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations reflect the highest level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations A background in hospitality management or hotel experience is desirable but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest services in a lively environment!
