Our front desk agent will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions as indicated in the Guest love surveys while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by providing IHG hospitality through communications, answering questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area.
