Job Requirements:

Must be flexible with hours as scheduling and coverage will be done depending on occupancy of the hotel. Checks guest in/out of the property management system with accuracy and efficiency Answers the phone in a timely manner and makes reservations with accuracy and efficiency Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment Must be customer service oriented Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with guests and team members General knowledge of hotel amenities such as rooms, rates, and amenities Ability to perform duties such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning Ability to work a flexible schedule Human Trafficking training required and provided by the hotel CPR Certification required and provided by the hotel
