As a Front Desk Associate, you play a key role in delivering that mission and shaping each family's experience.
Position Overview:
Working alongside the General Manager, the Front Desk Associate helps ensure every interaction reflects the Aqua-Tots standard of excellence. You'll serve as the first point of contact for families—creating a welcoming environment, providing clear information, and building confidence in their child's progress.Core Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm Communicate program details, safety practices, and class expectations with clarity Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready facility Understand and follow the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), addressing safety concerns immediately Assist with scheduling, communication, and daily operational coordination Contribute to a positive team environment that reflects our values and culture Stay adaptable and open to learning new tools, systems, and responsibilitiesQualifications & Skills:
Enjoy working with children and engaging with families Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage concerns and resolve issues with patience and professionalism Familiarity with swimming or water safety is helpful, but not required Minimum age of 16 Self-motivated with a willingness to step up and take initiativeWhat We Offer:
