FRONT DESK - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our Candlewood Suites in Meridian is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service at the front desk. We are currently seeking someone who can work both evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) and morning shifts, (7AM-3PM). ALL candidates applying NEED to have open availability during the week/weekends. •Open Availability and Weekends Required. •Reports directly to the Operations and General Managers.
SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for front desk operations of the hotel. Maintaining safety of guests and maintain front office records and daily operations. Handle the requests and transactions of the hotel guests, and coordinate with the other departments as necessary. A Day in the life of a Front Desk Agent can look like: 1. Taking, modifying, or canceling guest reservations as necessary 2. Checking guests in/out, verifying departure dates and offer future reservations 3. Administering guest payment policies 4. Handling shift cash transactions 5. Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest special requests 6. Handling hotel phone system and transferring calls. Taking messages for guests, as well as hotel staff, when necessary 7. Meeting new guests daily and providing them with excellent customer service - VALID
DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

$15.00 to $16.00/hour DOE - Vacation/Sick Pay after one year of tenure - Health Insurance, Dental, Vision also available
