Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $16-$18 per hour. Open availability is preferred. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Fitness Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front desk operates efficiently.

Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Schedule appointments and manage the fitness calendar. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Check guests in and out of services. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist the fitness and management teams with daily operational tasks.Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
