Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to support daily operations and help create a welcoming experience for guests. This role plays an important part in keeping PGN Tee Time activities organized, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone visiting the facility. Responsibilities Assist with tee time check-in, scheduling, and guest service operations Assist with booking parties and associated responsibilities Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner Provide accurate information regarding tee times and daily operations Help monitor pace of play in the simulators Coordinate with other team members to ensure excellent service Maintain an organized and clean work area Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phones and updating reservations Support special events and operational needs Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and reservation system skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented approach Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays Previous experience in hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not required What We Offer A supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a dynamic recreational setting Training and growth opportunities The chance to contribute to a positive guest experience About You You enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working as part of a team.
