Front Desk Agent Quality Inn and Suites Loves Park, IL Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Computer operation Attention to detail Security Stocking Venue guest services Full Job Description Overview Seeking a dependable Night Shift Front Desk Associate to provide excellent guest service, assist with check-in/check-out, maintain lobby and breakfast areas, restock supplies, complete light cleaning duties, handle laundry, and support overnight hotel operations. Duties Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service during overnight hours Assist with guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and general inquiries using the Choice Advantage system Answer phone calls and provide information regarding hotel services and guest needs Monitor CCTV and overnight activity to help maintain guest safety and hotel security Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, breakfast area, and common spaces Sweep, mop, dust, and complete light cleaning duties as needed Set up, restock, and clean the breakfast area Fold laundry and assist with general hotel operations Restock supplies and prepare guest areas for the following day Complete overnight tasks independently and communicate any concerns to management Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred Experience with hotel systems (Choice Advantage experience a plus) Strong communication and guest service skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently overnight Comfortable monitoring CCTV and following hotel safety procedures Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during quiet and busy periods Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Must be punctual and dependable
