Ideal Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years of professional dog grooming experience Graduated from or completed training through a professional grooming school or academy Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts, coat types and grooming techniques Excellent scissoring, clipping and finishing skills Leadership skills and the ability to train, coach and support other groomers Strong customer-service and communication skills A commitment to pet safety, cleanliness and professional grooming standards The ability to help manage scheduling, workflow and day-to-day salon operations A positive, dependable and professional attitude Bubbles & Bows already has an established client database of more than 3,000 clients. Salary:
Commission-based with opportunity for control over your income (listed hourly pay is a starting estimate).
