Full-Time or Part-Time What You Will Do:

Provide extraordinary hospitality to all guests and visitors through efficient and timely reservations, check-ins/check-outs, as well as proactive handling of guest needs. We Are Looking for

Someone Who:

Can provide excellent customer service in a calm and professional manner to meet and exceed customer expectations Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Has basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Can multitask, utilize time wisely, and work independently Is available to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role Previous hotel/resort front desk experience preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
