In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and actively engaging in sales efforts to maximize occupancy. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in process using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication skills Manage reservations efficiently, utilizing hospitality reservation systems to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay Uphold hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security at all times Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management review Support sales initiatives by promoting hotel amenities, special packages, and corporate accounts to boost bookings Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clientele are a significant advantage Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest services best practices is beneficial Experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software enhances your ability to succeed in this role Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents make a difference!
