In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls accurately, and provide information with excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized front desk areas, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets to update records and prepare reports Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives Support office management tasks including document proofreading, filing systems, and general clerical duties Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns professionally and efficiently Handle incoming correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on requests or messages Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tools Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and customer service roles Familiarity with hospitality industry is a plus Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial but not required; a proactive attitude is essential Join us as a Front Desk Agent and become a key part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting the daily functions of our organization. Pay:
