Job Description

We strive to provide some of the best hospitality our area has to offer. Fast, fun, and friendly are the main characteristics of this position. We want to help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as we possibly can. All employees get discounts on hotels across the country! Get franchise rates at all hotels within the same brand plus discounts on other hotels managed by LS Hospitality. This is a full-time position. Shifts would be a mix of 1st and 2nd (7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm). Floating hours are often available as well.
Your Role:
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies. Maintain house bank. Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Manage complimentary breakfast buffet as needed. Assist with washing and folding laundry as needed. Keep common areas tidy. Assist other departments as needed. What are we looking for? A high attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent. A strong desire to make an impact on other people An outgoing and engaging personality Computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
