In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to smooth operations and memorable stays. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your positive attitude will drive our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the system. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experiences. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety at all times. Support guest relations efforts by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Position is a mix of First and Second shifts, including weekends. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments will be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
