Overview We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our hotel. Duties Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a great first impression Manage smooth check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless guest experience Handle reservations using hotel systems and multi-line phone operations Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with care and efficiency Support night audit procedures, financial reconciliation, and daily reporting Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards Assist with folding laundry, light housekeeping, and cleaning duties when needed Ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their stay Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels in a busy environment Qualifications Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality operations preferred Strong customer service and guest relations skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus Night audit experience is an advantage Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude Multilingual abilities are a bonus Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
