Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 3p-11p or the 7a-3p shift . This role is key to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out guests in a professional manner Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone calls Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience a plus) Must be available to work weekends Reliable and punctual
Schedule:
3PM-11PM shift - 7am - 3pm | Weekends required Join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest!
