The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and modifications through phone systems and online platforms. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions. Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous. Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software for reservations and reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
