Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at a premier Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about our hotel and its amenities. Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize phone systems to respond to calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Promote resort services, activities, and special events to enhance the guest experience. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall hotel operations. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this enhances our ability to serve diverse guests. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and effective communication. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests are essential qualities for success in this role. Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
