Thursday, July 9th 11:00 AM At Best Western Hopkinsville Job Summary We will be holding face-to-face Open positions include: Breakfast Attendant Housekeeping Maintenance Front Desk We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, assist with guest inquiries, and handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy. Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and guest relations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of resort operations is an advantage.
