  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures swiftly and accurately.
  • Handle guest reservations and provide information about available rooms and rates.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing at the front desk.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest issues effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
