Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
  • Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring all charges are accurate.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Skills
  • Proficiency in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in front desk operations within a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
