Job Description
We're growing our team in New Orleans, LA and are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent who enjoys working with people and helping guests have a smooth experience. If you're organized, comfortable handling multiple tasks, and enjoy a customer-facing role, this is a great opportunity to build your career in hospitality and customer service. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, manage front desk requests, and work with other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. What Your Shift Will Involve Your day will include a mix of guest service, front desk duties, and general administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities may include:
Greeting guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Handling guest check-ins and check-outs accurately Confirming reservations and updating guest information Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest inquiries Assisting with questions, requests, and routine guest concerns Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records Responding to emails and completing basic administrative tasks Keeping the front desk and reception area clean and organized Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments when needed Following company procedures, safety guidelines, and guest privacy policies Helping ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their stay Typical shifts may include: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM 3:00 PM
- 11:30 PM 11:00 PM
- 7:30 AM Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend and holiday availability is required based on business needs.
