Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and professional approach will ensure every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, guest inquiries, and provide vital information about our hotel and local attractions, all while maintaining a positive and efficient atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL THREE SHIFTS
(7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM) Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Maintain guest relations by resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction Conduct night audit procedures when applicable to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required for night audit duties Familiarity with guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices is highly desirable Previous experience in guest relations or front desk roles will be considered an asset Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference! $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
