MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred. Hospitality environment experience a plus. Skills & Knowledge Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred. Job Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms. Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy. Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly. Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
