We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service.
Job Description:
As a Front Desk Agent at Candlewood Suites, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You'll play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by offering personalized assistance, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring the hotel's daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk. Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the property management system. Schedule special services when guests inquire. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Refer guests to local amenities and venues. Communicate guests requests and complaints to the appropriate department. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, answering the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests needs, and managing guest correspondence.
