Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. During overnight shifts, you will oversee the property's operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure guest safety through vigilant monitoring and adherence to emergency procedures. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, professional environment that keeps guests satisfied and returning time after time. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage reservations accurately, including modifications and cancellations, utilizing hospitality reservation systems Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management Handle guest requests, complaints, and problem-solving with professionalism to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct routine property inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and communication records to ensure operational transparency and accountability Assist with guest relations by providing local information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone communication professionally in a hospitality setting Hospitality or hotel experience in resort environments is advantageous for understanding guest expectations in luxury settings Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences 24/7!
