In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay begins with warmth, professionalism, and seamless service. Your energetic approach will help create memorable experiences, foster guest satisfaction, and uphold the high standards of our hospitality environment. Whether managing reservations, assisting with inquiries, or resolving guest concerns, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive positive interactions and elevate guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, offering helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining professional phone etiquette and front desk operations. Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Support hotel emergency procedures by remaining calm, informed, and ready to assist in various situations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services, including room assignments, special requests, and late-night needs during night audits or overnight shifts. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone communication and multi-line phone system handling. Knowledge of hotel management procedures including guest relations, front desk operations, and hotel emergency protocols. Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding the nuances of hospitality environments.
