The Cove at Yarmouth Resort is seeking two hard-working and qualified individuals to join the Front Desk team at our fast-paced, year-round timeshare resort. We are searching for a candidate to work full time 32-40 hours a week, and year-round. Position would include both AM shifts typically 7am-3:30p or 8am-4:30p and PM shifts typically 2:30pm-11pm and would include holidays and weekends.
Full time positions include:
paid vacation time, sick time, and 401K benefits. Additionally, great perks by working the hospitality industry include discounts off our room rates and other affiliated properties, and access to a pool and full health club facility in the off season. 1. Guest satisfaction. 2. Guest check-in and checkout. 3. Responsible for assigned monies including security deposits. 4. Maintaining guest accounts, including posting of charges and key control. 5. Balancing of shift transactions and cash drawer. 6. Handle guest complaints and problems in a courteous professional manner. 7. Provide guests with the proper information and services at the Resort. 8. Knowledge of Resort programs/policies, local area attractions and directions. 9. Maintain a professional attitude, attire and appearance at all times. 10. Handle all telephone conversations in a professional and courteous manner.
